Your password is your member number, which you received when you first registered on The Wine Society website. If you have forgotten your member number you can use the password recovery function on the login page, or you can call us on 1300 723 723.
When viewing a wine, click on the grey love heart symbol to add the wine to your Favourites. A pink love heart indicates the wine is on your wishlist. When logged in, click on My Account to view all your favourites and have the option to add to cart.
No. The Wine Society allows you to order as many or as few bottles as you choose. We can pack up to 12 bottles per case.
The Wine Society has highly competitive freight rates, and we offer free freight Australia-wide on orders of four or more cases. A case is usually 12 bottles, but can be as few as six, if the wine is packed in a case of six (see 'What does the 6-pack symbol mean'). Click here for more information on freight charges.
If when you receive your wine it is damaged in any way, simply contact us and we will replace or credit the value of the damaged wine to your account. Click here to view our returns policy.
If you taste a bottle and are dissatisfied in any way, call us and we will arrange collection at our cost and refund a credit to the total value of your wine purchase. Click here to view our returns policy.
Select your wine and add to your shopping cart. When you checkout you will be asked to confirm certain details. At this stage you can change the delivery details to those of the intended gift recipient and, if you choose, enter an appropriate message, which will be printed on the delivery note which accompanies the wine.
Confidential information, such as your address and order history, is not stored on the web server but on The Wine Society's own database, which is protected by a firewall against unauthorised access. Credit card transactions are protected with the most advanced Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) available.
Wine ordered with us will be sent via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes will vary depending upon where you live. You can calculate your delivery timeframe here.
In the event that you are not home, your wine will be left at your nominated delivery address as per your delivery instructions. If you prefer, your wine can be directed to your nearest post office for collection. Every attempt will be made to ensure your delivery is timely, and delivered according to your stated instructions. Alternatively, you can have the wine delivered to one of our retail stores and pick it up from there.
