Medium bodied and tightly wound with fine layers of oak overlaying dark and ripe Cabernet fruits. It is clearly varietal with finely polished, persistent tannins and savoury fruit sweetness on the finish. A classical Margaret River Cabernet that will reward cellaring.
Fragrant aromas of dark cherry, spice and savoury earthy notes on the nose that continue onto the palate. A brooding style of Pinot with silky tannins for a well-balanced and lengthy finish.

“Barossa shiraz is such a pleasurable beast when it’s allowed to run free. This is the famous fruit in all its deep, dark, blackberried glory. It’s fresh but intense, simple in a straight-shooting way, intricately tannic and lengthy. I’d reckon they’ve nailed it. It’s sturdy but pretty; it drinks
ever-so-well.” Campbell Mattinson
A beautifully balanced wine with lifted white peach and nectarine aromas. The palate displays apple, lime and stone fruit along with spicy vanillin oak nuances.
This blend of Marsanne and Viognier has a complex bouquet reminiscent of marmalade and ginger with a pretty floral lift. Twelve months in French oak has subdued the natural phenolics and integrated the layers into a finely knitted, complex wine.
This is a fine Tasmanian Riesling with inviting floral notes. The palate is soft yet lively with intense flavours of citrus, passionfruit and green apple. A decent line of acidity slings through the palate, contributing balance and great length before ending in a clean and dry finish.
