A delicious blend of Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer and Riesling; fragrant aromas of pear, orange blossom, honey and toasted hazelnuts. The palate is richly layered with tropical fruits, citrus and spice. Natural acidity gives the wine a savoury and refreshing finish.
A modern expression of Margaret River Chardonnay with notes of citrus and flint on the nose. The palate is layered with ripe stonefruit intertwined with understated oak characters, which combines with a good mineral drive to create lovely complexity.
This is a fine Tasmanian Riesling with inviting floral notes. The palate is soft yet lively with intense flavours of citrus, passionfruit and green apple. A decent line of acidity slings through the palate, contributing balance and great length before ending in a clean and dry finish.

The taste is very powerful, with a pronounced minerally character that enhances the fruit and fine vegetal flavours. Its mellowness harmonizes perfectly with its vivacity on a solid structure that illustrates perfectly the special nature of the wine.
