Bright dark fruits with varietal mint and eucalypt on the nose, follow onto a palate with juicy cassis, cedar and mint flavours supported by grainy tannins and fresh acidity.
The Barons of Barossa wine fraternity was founded in 1975 and makes up many of the top producers in the Barossa including Elderton, Henschke, Kalleske, Glaetzer Wines, Kaesler Wines and Yalumba, to name a few. This wine is made exclusively by the Barons for The Wine Society from some of their finest fruit parcels.
Lifted aromas of blackberry, earth and coffee follow onto a palate of juicy cassis, dark plum and spice. Fine grained tannins combine with refreshing acidity on the finish.
Bright aromas of cherry and strawberry with hints of spice. The palate is loaded with ripe cherry and blackberry interwoven with earthy characters. Soft tannins and good acid backbone add structure and length. An overall deliciously moreish Pinot Noir.
Hints of red fruit, spices and savoury meats with subtle notes of French oak. The palate begins with bright cherry flavours from the Grenache revealing hints of spice. The robust structure comes from the Shiraz before being wrapped up by the Mataro with long, savoury characters on the finish.

Bright plum and berry fruit on the nose, continue onto the palate. A lovely soft and vibrant Shiraz with gentle tannins for structure and balance. Approachable, fresh and flavoursome this a great wine to share with friends and family.
Distinctive lemongrass and floral aromas that continue onto the palate. Bright lime, lemon and apple fruit flavours are met by a pure acid structure which offers balance and lovely length. A classic Hunter Semillon that can be enjoyed now but also shows the potential to age gracefully.
A classic Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. Bright citrus, herbaceous and tropical fruit aromatics lead onto a crisp palate, where apple and stonefruit flavours and zesty natural acidity combine to create a wine of purity and drinkability. Perfect to enjoy with or without food on a sunny afternoon.
Aromatic, flavoursome and ready to go. Fragrant notes of green apples, stonefruit and herbs open up onto a palate bursting with bright nectarine, melon, pine nuts and zesty acidity. Seductively full with lovely texture, yet nicely balanced and fresh. A fantastic wine to drink young.
An elegant and subtle style of Hunter Valley Chardonnay, it displays multiple layers of ripe citrus and white peach fruit in a bright, crisp and streamlined style with just a whisper of spicy oak to add backbone and complexity.
Native to Sicily, Grillo is an aromatic, crisp and refreshing varietal. This wine displays aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical fruits balanced by a zesty acidity. A vibrant and well-rounded wine that would make a delicious companion to appetisers or can simply be enjoyed as an aperitif with friends.
